Assess patients' health needsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff memberCommunicate with patients and families to provide education and supportCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentDocument patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsStay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursingParticipate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skillsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current state license as a Registered Nurse or LPNExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPerks:
